Comfortable beds that provided a restful sleep.
During my stay, I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. The breakfast service was quite disheartening. the offerings were far below expectations, and many items were depleted by the time I arrived. I was disappointed to find that the dining area was understaffed, leading to long wait times and a messy environment.

The stay at Narra Hotel was quite pleasant. The location near Don Mueang airport made transfers easy, which I appreciated. My room had a soothing color scheme that contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. I especially liked the flat-screen TV and the amenities like the electric kettle. The breakfast buffet had decent options, though I wished for more variety. Some items ran out before the end time, which was a bit frustrating. On a few occasions, the service in the restaurant felt overwhelmed, as there was only one staff member during busy times, leading to longer waits. The sound isolation in the room was effective, blocking out noise from the nearby busy road.

We really enjoyed our stay as a young family. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making our travels easy. The spacious room accommodating our whole family was a big plus, and the facilities offered were perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The club sandwich we ordered for lunch was massive and very tasty, definitely a highlight!
Unfortunately, breakfast was a bit disappointing as most food was served cold.

The staff provided attentive service, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay despite the limited dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet offered wholesome food, although the flavors could be milder, catering more to a general palate. While the rooms had good sound isolation from the busy road, the hotel struggled with capacity management during peak hours, leaving some requests unmet.
